My approach

I believe that there are many ways of living a full, meaningful life - and that people have an immense capacity for change, even when things feel difficult. My work is rooted in the belief that change is possible with the right tools.

My approach draws on a systemic lens - I believe that every individual is shaped by their context and relationships in ways that aren't always obvious. Therapy offers the opportunity to explore these dynamics in depth. This can open up new possibilities for how we live and relate to others.

My role is to help create the conditions where this understanding can develop, and help you move towards living more fully.

Issues I work with

I work with adults from all walks of life, helping them address a wide range of concerns. Whatever you bring to therapy, we'll work in a way and at a pace that suits you.
